Sugar Land is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sugar Land follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Wanted to try this place out because I enjoy bagel sandwiches but I can say this place is not worth the money. I paid $13+ for a regular bacon egg and cheese bagel and it wasnβt all that. Despite everything in the bagel it was quite plain and bland. Iβm not sure if they have spread that I couldβve asked for but regardless the price is outrageous for such a small sandwich. Plus thereβs no drink or side that comes with it to justify the price. 3/10 :/

Outright disappointing experience. First of all the pricing is egregious. I truly think they could allow for more turnover if their pricing was reasonable. I've been to a LOT of bagel shops in Houston proper, very affluent areas too, and a bagel with cream cheese typically comes out to about $3. Here for $6 is crazy but rent must be high. I was especially disappointed to learn AFTER receiving my order that although something is listed under "bagel sandwich", it is NOT a sandwich! I received a plate with two face up bagels arranged in no way to be put together into a sandwich and I had to eat it with a fork and knife. Very frustrating experience because I wanted to just have a wrapped up bagel to grab and go, as one expects to do when ordering a sandwich. Not that I plan to ever come back, but you should teach your employees to inform people when they order a bagel sandwich "by the way, this one is not actually a sandwich. you have to sit down with utensils to eat this"

Cute little breakfast spot. I had the belgian waffle and bacon while my boyfriend had the rye bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. We sat outside since there were chairs and tables. It was also a beautiful morning out. The staff brought our food out to us which was nice. The young man was very polite and nice! I will be back if I am in the area!

I was craving Whitefish salad on a sesame bagel. I picked up a pint just before closing. The floors were being mopped and the tables immaculate. Staff was very friendly and service was quick. They have an excellent variety on their menu. I highly recommend them.
Nobu, that's me a year ago
This place has great sandwiches! The bagels are homemade and on point. Service is quick! I think the sticking point may be the price. I payed 16 smacks for a sammich and coleslaw. But when I take a step back and consider a super sized meal at a fast food place goes north of ten dollars nowβ¦ itβs not that bad. They piled the turkey (which was also sliced fresh) so high that the sandwich might have weighed 5 pounds haha. All In all this is a superior bagel deli than any chain you will visit. Iβll be back. Their price for a dozen bagels is really a good bargain as well.
